Whether you’re new to gardening or looking to refine your propagation success, this class offers practical tools and real-world guidance. You’ll walk away with greater confidence in how to work with nature — not against it — as you grow from seed to seedling to thriving plant.

Nicci Radhe is the grower & producer of seeds and plants at Horny Toad Horticulture — an all-organic urban seed farm based at the foot of Sentinel Peak in Tucson. They specialize in locally adapted heirloom and open-pollinated seeds, grown for our Sonoran climate and community. 

Nicci’s work focuses on seed saving, biodiversity, and helping gardeners understand the unique needs of desert growing. Their direct-to-public sales at markets and events, plus wholesale partnerships with local nurseries, reflect a commitment to building food-resilient and seed-aware communities.
